Richard joined Sutton Group – West Coast Realty as full-time realtor since 2009. He is a member of Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and Canadian Real Estate Association. His marketing and negotiation skills has helped hundreds of clients buying and selling their properties. Richard is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. He protects his client’s interests as top priority with his knowledge, care and integrity. During these years, he hosted information seminars in various institutions and events and share his knowledge and expertise throughout Greater Vancouver area.
