Since 1999, John has lived and worked in Nanaimo, Victoria, and Vancouver. John is very familiar with the local real estate properties, geographical and cultural environment, architectural standards, and requirements and changes in the BC Building Codes. He has firsthand experience in residential construction and renovation. He graduated from Dalhousie University, UBC, Sciences and Technology University of China and Ocean University of China, MCS, MBA, and BA Degrees.
