In many ways, the road to becoming an agent is every bit as important as being and agent, if not more so… My road was paved with 11 years of real estate investment and speculation prior to obtaining my license. I did not make that transition lightly. It took much time and consideration.
Along the way, I have dealt with many projects including (but not limited to): Attached and detached property renovations, long-term holds, new home builds and more.

Now, armed with that knowledge and new information in both Commercial and Residential areas, I feel that I am better equipped to advise my clients toward their goals. Whatever they may be. Let me share my ideas with you.
