Successfully Selling since 1993, I have only been working in the Greater Victoria area and South Vancouver Island. I specialize in all types of residential real estate and have done Commercial dealings as well. I have always had a special bond in the real estate industry as I have built two custom homes for myself and have five rental suites which gives me a very broad background when dealing with tenants.
