Andy is a Managing Broker who is licensed to provide real estate trading, strata, and rental property management services in BC. Andy is leading real estate professionals with the focus on compliance, professional development, and branding. His team consists of MLS Medallion Award winners as well as new realtors, who speak different languages and cover area across the lower mainland: West Vancouver and North Vancouver, Vancouver West and Vancouver East, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody and Surrey. His team also manages a diversified rental portfolio that consist of furnished and unfurnished properties, from upscale ocean view apartment to single houses in the most prestigious areas.
Andy is experience in the purchase and sale of detached houses, townhouses and condo, including presale apartment and townhouse projects. The Certified International Property Specialist(CIPS) and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist(SRES®) designations also enable Andy to serve a more diverse population, from owners to investors, and to maximize their return on investments.
The CPA,CMA designation with the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC, coupled with his project management experience have made Andy a great business partner. Andy has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, financial management, and the information technology areas. Andy worked with executives and senior management teams in managing costs and improving process efficiency.
Andy contributes to his community and is an active member of the board of directors for the Marpole-Oakridge Community Association since 2015. Andy is also the Treasurer of the board.
